2020 Conventions

Hello all!

2020 is looking very light on shows for me, but I am super into the idea of staying home and actually making new things!

So far I’m confirmed for:

Torii Con, Feb 15 Vermillion SD, weather permitting! Muenster University Center on the USD campus

Fargo Moorhead Comic Con, Feb 22-23 Fargo ND, weather permitting!

I’m up to my ears in con prep because I’m gonna be at O Con Expo / O ComicCon at the Mid-America Center in Council Bluffs IA later this month! June 28-30!!

I’m at booth D1 with AshesDoesArt and we’re gonna have all sorts of neat art for sale! I’m also debuting a bunch of new screenprints!

Turning right around and heading for Anime Iowa next weekend! July 12-14, Des Moines IA!! I’ll be at booth 528 with @keluturtle

I will have comics, prints, original art and commissions, journals, magnets, buttons, and stickers!

Apologies for not posting much, the app has quit working on my phone and I haven’t been doing much work on the computer! I’m more active on twitter and instagram.

Once convention prep settles down a bit, I’ll be able to put some work into my ko-fi page. They recently added image albums, so I want to get more things cross-posted there!

I’ve got two shows in February, Torii Con (Feb 9, Vermillion SD) and Fargo-Moorhead Comic-Con (Feb 23-24, Fargo ND)

And I’ll be returning to O!ConExpo (Formerly O!ComicCon, June 28-30, Council Bluffs IA) at booth D1!!

Starting to work on next year’s convention line up!

Also figuring out what I’m going to discontinue / phase out (hardbound journals, tiny glass marble magnets). So far funds are on track for buying a button machine later this year, so 1.25 pinback buttons and magnets will hopefully be a thing next year.

That said, what sort of stuff do you wanna see from me? Anything I’ve posted you want to see as a print? A sketch I should revisit, revise into a silkscreen?

I’ll be at Kogata DayCon in Mitchell SD, this Saturday, Oct 13! It’s free to attend and runs from 9am to midnight (tho I usually peace out around 7pm)

The weekend after that, Oct 19-21, I’ll be at ValleyCon in Fargo ND, in the Artist Alley.

I’ll have comics, prints, artwork, and commission supplies! :D
