quick question: does aesthetic attraction include things like the sound of someone's voice? because i get the visual bit of aesthetic attraction like a bus and it feels the same to me. *technically* its included in sensorial/sensual attraction but that's much more focused on touch.

I finally have the words to describe what I mean without being confused for a lesbian

I tell some that I'm aroace and mention that when there's a hot person, I see it as a "wow, theyre so cool!" with women it's like that but deeper because i know what the experience is a woman so this is more "wow you are so cool and even more beautiful because i know what it took to be beautiful" y'know? i believe this is called aesthetic attraction. so take that, uninformed! im not a lesbian i just tend to have an aesthetic attraction to women sometimes because i appreciate their beauty

I'm A and I will share some of my thoughts and experience about tertiary attractions that I experience, my squishes and asexuality in general.

I'm asexual and biromantic, have a bf, but attractions other than romantic play role so important in my life that I need to talk about them too. Also, I don't see many blogs/post about tertiary attractions, so I hope my blog will be useful.

Dress Up Attraction : a fragarian attraction that is experienced through wanting to dress one's subject of attraction up like a doll. This attraction may also share a lot of the same feelings/urges as aesthetic attraction, and is not limited to fashion—as one's attraction may manifest throught wanting to 'doll' one's attraction up through hairstyling, makeup, etc.

being flat-out/bold-stripe aroace and also having a definite Type is an experience.

"a Type? in what way?", you may ask. i dunno, one of them. platonic, alterous, aesthetic, maybe even gender envy: spin the wheel, your guess is as good as mine all i know is its non-rose and theres a pattern.

update: ... after some consideration it seems 'alterous' won the wheel-spin.
