What makes a place home? Is it the buildings, the environment, the people, nature, smell? I think it's mostly the memories that attach us to a place and compel us to call it home. Make us long to go back. Sher-e-Bangla Nagar is the place I was born, this is where I learned to walk, this is where I had my first friends, first school. Everything in my life started here. In a way, this place made me tha person I am today. The trees, the walkways, the raindrops, the potholes, the birds chirping in the morning, the lack of running water, the odd sounding "muajjin" of the mosque, the dogs that kept watch , the cats that walked like emperors, and the people, everything together makes this place special. Very close to my heart. Oh! All the memories I have from this place!
