Srsly, I started making a video in past month, and still didn't finish it, 'cuz of loosing motivation.
Anyway, have this shipchild of my own Sans AU - Fukatsu, and a friend's Sans AU - Agaricus. Sad, that I can't find that friend in any social medias anymore.
Internal power training is not about qi but structural engagement and connected alignment. You have to train the alignment of the bones in the right way to condition and change the tendons and fascia. This changes blood flow after enough training and conditioning. Makes your blood flow and lymphatic fluid flow in a more efficient manner. Once this is done long enough then we can talk about Qi being a motivator and origin of movement once you have synchronized blood flow with structural movement. This is where an art is an internal art. Learn to feel everything moving together and learn the contrasts between inside and outside motivations for movement both of body and mind. Master both. Wild Swallow from Xinyi Liu He Quan - power training with kettlebells. A seemingly simple movement. Crossing the hands in front of the body opens and closes the shoulder joints as the arm bones spiral and the wrist articulation pulls the fascia open and conditions the tendons. Sideways ruler body of Xinyi Liu He Quan trains the TA and increases blood flow through the pelvis and lower Dantien. Passing the forearms in front of the lower Dantien in this fashion activates the Dai Mai and Ren Mai channels and the acupuncture points along the wrist that are on the heart meridian that promote calmness and help promote relaxation in the nervous system. Specifically HT 7 the Shen Men point. Controlling the rotation of the arms through out this movement helps develop a deeper feeling for expanding through the fascia - especially with the refinement required for the wrist articulation using the kettlebells. The difference between a 5kg steel mace and a 20kg steel mace from @white_lion_athletics. I have some work to do learning how to move and swing the 20kg steel mace! I have been doing sets of 200 swings with the 5kg mace for a while now. 20kg is way, way different!
