Today went well. Felt much better physically, and much more aggressive into rack position. Hamstrings seem to have re-adjusted to squatting. We'll see how they feel tomorrow. Balance feels a little off, need to keep an eye on that.
Press felt strong. Added #20 to reverse hypers; felt great.
6.12.11 - Part II
6.12.11 - Bicycle
So I did the Agile 8 and that felt really amazing. I recommend it. After that I took the bicycle for a spin. I wound up doing another 20k ride. It felt amazing. My butt hurts from my seat but none the less it was a beautiful day for a bike ride. Might even do a 3rd session tonight and do some running. We'll see what happens.
