Polytrix as Warrior cats

I’ve been trying to get into the Warriors fandom for a while(I’m getting close to finishing the second book, so not that long of a while), and because my stupid stupid brain can’t stay away from KPDH for too long I’ve started thinking about what it would be like if HUNTR/X were living the clan cat life.

This is a very recent thought that just popped into my head so there are still a lot of topics I haven’t thought about, like cat breeds or warriors names.

I’ve thought about Zoey’s background a bit more, and I like to think she was born within a clan, but was found by twolegs and was taken in. Only for Celine to find her and bring her back. She feels like an outcast and desperately wants to prove that she wasn’t softened by her old kittypet lifestyle.

I’m a little torn with Mira’s background. I intend to go with her being a former rouge who ran away from her family, but were they kittypets too? Probably but that seems too similar to Zoey’s story so I’m not sure.

For Rumi, I have absolutely no idea what I’m going to do with her. She’s half something, maybe something that has to do with another clan? Or the dark forest? But I haven’t gotten deep enough with Warriors lore to go with the latter. But I do know her mother was killed, Thirdlight disappeared without a trace, and Celine took it upon herself to raise Rumi as her own.

So if anybody has any more ideas I would love to hear about them because I am STUCK.

i know i've done something like this before... a few different times actually... And it wasn't the clearest then either, but I was bored and in a cutting things into squares mood, so i took another stab at it. "it" being a loosely parallel set of timelines where I sort of anchor characters to one another and then nudge the broader events around and let those links kinda drag groups of characters around until something resembling continuity forms out of it.

So the obvious starting points are the explicit flashback stories:

Chapter -17: The Academy trio

Chapter -16(originally serialized as -15): Hitsugaya's backstory

Turn Back the Pendulum: 110-101 years ago

Everything But The Rain: 20 years ago

(There's also chapter -12.5 that I didn't use in this, as it's just Hitsgaya's flashback to winter fireworks w/Aizen, Momo, and Rangiku where they all have the same design and ranks as the main story. And there's Chapter 0: Side B but that's just immediately before Chapter 1.)

And from there I just started wedging things into before and after those established events. I dunno what i really expected to get from this that I haven't already in the years of idle pondering, but it's always satisfying to have stuff in rows and columns, so there's that...

Byler Moodboard

OKAY OKAY LET ME EXPLAIN

I’ve seen a few byler moodboards and I was like: ah yes, I should try.

Spoiler: it was a NIGHTMARE. Finding the pictures and making the colors match was painful, but I think it looks alright in the end.

Now, for the pictures I feel like I should give a small summary and explanation behind them. I started making it in an attempt to sum up Byler, but as soon as I thought about them I had that mixtape picture in mind and before I could stop, it was a season 4-ish prediction sort of thing rather than a sum up of Byler up to this point. 

The plaid and sweater are a reference to the way they dressed in season 2, the one with the hand holding is supposed to be a hospital scene, but now that I look at it, it’s not that obvious. The middle image came to me after I came across that one picture of Noah doing the peace signs on set and thought: WAIT I SAW A PHOTO THAT HAD THIS EXACT SAME ENERGY. So that’s that.

Now, on the sketchbook one, I certainly didn’t draw that, but I found it on pinterest and I’m not sure who was the original artist but after reverse searching for it, I got to another pinterest acc called LLINDY that popped up the most so, credits to them.

The other references I’ll let you guys guess them. Now imma just leave this here and D A S H.
