Heat Update
It was supposed to be a high of 90 today. It's now 92.
The weather alert for Sunday has now changed to a heat index if 106.
Basically, I'm not going to make it.
The forecast for next week is saying temps in the 100s. It's hot as hell downstairs. Upstairs is much worse. @helly-watermelonsmellinfellon if I had the funds, we would be in a motel room right now.
Murphy's Law would have it so that we have a heat wave while living in an old house with old wiring that can't handle air conditioners.
FYI: the heat is unsafe for disabled people like me. It complicates health conditions greatly. When I say it's making me sick, I'm not kidding.
