Summary: Airachnid flees from Cybertron after the restoration of the Matrix of Leadership with Sentinel Prime's body in tow and the desperate hope that he can be revived. Crashlanding on Earth, she finds herself an outcast from both her own species and the diminutive natives of this new planet.

Mikaela Banes is seventeen years old and readjusting to life after the disaster that landed her in juvie and sent her father to prison. Trying to distance herself from her passion for mechanics to fit in with her peers, those plans for normalcy are complicated after an alien crashes by her garage and practically begs for help.

Sentinel Prime wakes up on a strange planet with the memory of his humiliation and death searingly fresh in his processor. Forced to live without a cog, the ex-ruler of Cybertron finds himself dependent on his closest confidant and the alien girl that saved his life.

The unlikely new trio must adjust to a life that none of them expected and the highs and lows that come with it. But perhaps it will lead to a brighter future for all of them.

How do you feel abt tf one Airachnid and Sentinel Prime?

I’m holding your hand, sitting you down and looking you in the eyes as I say this in the nicest way possible

I do not care for Airachnel (Sentinel Prime x Airachnid)

It’s… A vanilla-ish ship for me? In terms of their interactions for most of the movie to be honest. Other than the minimal interactions here and there that I thought was pretty neat with Sentinel complaining abt the Primes to Airachnid and all. I see them as… Platonic really, just two kinda freaks being buds.

I don’t entirely see the romantic aspect? I understand if people like the bodyguard x person they’re guarding being real famous ‘n all or something along the lines of that—trope or even a yapper x silent listener,

but really? It just isn’t for me. There’s not enough for me to like abt them being together as a couple, I find them more as either close friends or just coworkers that simply share the same view or etc.

I’m interested to know why people ship it though so I can understand better.

Maybe if there was more time outside of the movie or what-not or just interactions more I’d be able to see and get a more firmer reading but other than that. Yeah, not my thing
