I need to rant...

I hate being told about work that is urgent (deadlines, projects etc.) late. Or the fact that it was already announced but wasn't properly disseminated.

"Bakit nagtanong ka ba?"

Translation: "Did you even try to ask?"

Jerk told someone about something important that includes me, we're friends and all, then told them not to tell us (other friends). Then blame me for not knowing earlier on? Caused some problems with groupings (this is essential for thesis).

It wasn't the fact that Jerk chose another group... But it was the fact I was informed late, that I wasn't informed when he told others not to tell us then blamed me for not asking.

The system is burning me out. 😭

I have to go to a bachelorette party tomorrow.

10 people in an inflatable boat for four hours. And it's going to rain for almost the whole time.

And everyone else just seems fine with it?

Especially since we're not going to go home after that. Instead we're going to a bar and to a restaurant for four more hours.

am I the a-hole for siding with my aunt My aunt raised my uncles dog her hole life and around 2 years ago my uncle asked for the dog back and if my aunt didn’t give him the dog he was going to call the cops, so my aunt gave him the dog fast forward 1 year we found out that he was abusing the dog to us year we found out the dog died of starvation, I have cut all contacts with my uncle and he is upset, so AITAH

For extra context, neither of us have actually dated anyone before so this was our first date.

I(female, teenager) have been talking with a boy in my class. He's nice, compliments me often, and has met my mom on our first date(she was chaperoning and he was pretty cool about it). He's a genuinely nice guy who seems to actually like me. However, he hasn't shown any interest in anything I haven't mentioned except for cars. He doesn't talk about his own interests, instantly shifts or derails his opinion to match mine, and only really answers questions that agree with things I've said. I'll be blunt and say that I'm a rather intelligent girl and that he's a little dull. I feel like he's shifting himself so that I like him more. I can see myself in a happy relationship with him but at the same time can only see myself dulling my intelligence to be more on his level. My mom has told me that he doesn't seem like he'll stimulate my brain in the way she knows I want and need. I don't know what to do because I like him but I feel like he's changing himself into someone I'd like more.

I know this isn’t Reddit (don’t have that) but am I the ahole for asking my mom if she wants her bday gift now in a “bad” way? I just kinda need to write this somewhere but tomorrow is my moms bday and my dad told me to ask her wether she wants her gift now or tomorrow cuz tomorrow she would get it pretty late so I said “do you want your gift now”. She thought that was rude and got mad. But I don’t think that’s half as bad as her saying (multiple times) she wouldn’t have been there for my 16th birthday (brothers move in day) if it wasn’t her first week teaching for a new school. But idk I feel bad now
