D. HARDEST THING I’VE EVER BEEN THROUGH.- this is gonna be a long ass story ((ok it’s not that long i managed to make it short)so, i get really anxious by all those hospital series and start imagining stuff ((that’s why i shouldn’t watch them). so this one time like 3 years ago i watched this document where this guy had reeeeeally high pulse like his normal pulse was around 200 or something and so on and in the end he had this surgery and stuff. so because i’m such a anxious person (and i know, this probably sounds ridiculous) and i had just had cold back then and i went jogging when i was still a little bit of sick and i just felt like my pulse couldn’t slow down after i got back home and basically after that i was sure that i had this same issue this dude in the tv had and i was sure that i was going to die and i didn’t go to school for a week and that feeling continued for a reeeeeally long time like months or something and it was horrible and i just couldn’t continue doing stuff normally and i was really sad all the time (except when i was with my friends bc they made me forget that). then later that feeling went away but after that that feeling got back from time to time and i got really anxious again and all that stuff. i still get that feeling sometimes though it only lasts for like a few days or so.
