Alamoa

Conta a Lenda que Alamoa  ou dama branca é  a aparição de uma mulher branca, muito bonita, loura  e que anda nua, e que aparece dançando na praia iluminada pelos relâmpagos de tempestade próxima. Dizem que ela atrai os pescadores ou caminhantes que voltam tarde e depois se transforma em um esqueleto, endoidecendo o namorado que a seguiu. Aparece também como uma luz ofuscante, multicor, a perseguir quem foge dela. Sua residência é o Pico, elevação rochosa de 321 metros na ilha de Fernando de Noronha.

The legend says that Alamoa or the White Woman, is the apparition of a white lady, very beautiful, blonde, who wanders naked and dances at the beach at night, under the lights of bolts and thunders of a storm that is approaching. It's said she atracts fishermen and lonely travelers, and then she transforms into a burning skeleton, taking into madness the one who followed her. She also appears as an ofuscating, multicolored light, and chases who runs from her. Her home is O Pico (The peak), a 321m rocky rise at the island of Fernando de Noronha.
