When she wrote, she could write for hours. As though her pen, pencil, keystrokes were garnering strength in each mark made. Her lip quivered with the words she exhaled – onto the paper – clenching jaw, pursing lips, all in handing over her intentions. It was involuntary. It was the time she did not think of how she appeared to others. She was too lost in pouring the worlds from her head onto the paper as fast as possible. So as to not lose one single bit of them. Those words that were lost, they would float forever in her head – without partners, groupings. Without anything to hold onto. They gave her that look that people commented on so often.
