I'm from Brazil and I've never practiced capoeira, but this' such a beautiful art

yAS and the dude teaching taught us capoeira songs in the end (i cant find the lyrics it was stg about the tide amare jimare) the heavy connection with nature is refreshing (because i live in such a polluted city)

Cansei de estar triste, cansei de tentar ficar feliz. Não agüento mais fingir sorrisos e alegrias. Há um vazio dentro de mim e todos notam, mas ninguém percebe. A tristeza e a solidão chegaram sem pretensões mas logo se uniram e, juntas, cavam um buraco fundo no meu coração. Um buraco que dói, que corrói, que mata todo o brilho que lá existia. Lamento uma perda antecipada que sufoca todo o ser que um dia fui e que essa maníaca depressão há muito enterrou. Escrevo porque morro todos os dias, sinto que te perco para essa solidão que me mata mais uma vez e que insiste em habitar meu coração. Choro por já te sentir me deixar.
