I remember watching this episode in complete awe, wondering how the finale would be able to top it! I’ve been dying to draw something for Amphibia, and I put a ton of work into this, so I hope my love for the show shines through. 🩵

Wanted to recreate this scene in particular because I related to it a lot. As an autistic with special interests I've often tried to share a favorite movie or show with other people and often I end up being the only person watching it while everyone else doesn't pay attention. Of course there's nothing wrong with people not being into my special interest, and of course I still enjoy watching my favorite things even if it's by myself, but there's always that sad feeling of loneliness that lingers.

My submission for the #Amphibia_Contest

I wanted to do something a little different, so I layered a bunch of cardstock to create The Plantar Family! I then digitally illustrated elements for them to interact with. Everything is hand-drawn and hand-cut by me. (The background photograph is my own, as well).
