I would give the Star Wars rebellion an ‘are you serious?’ moment by telling them that Darth Vader, the terror of the known galaxy and largely considered the most powerful mortal in existence second to the Emperor, was going to be a house husband with maybe a side job fixing ships, not because he was assassinating his wife, or because it would get him into a position of power, but because he loved her and wanted to raise their kids, but NO Palpatine needed a second in command and manipulated/forced him into becoming the Empires Enforcer
