Hello! Queries about your GOW modern AU, if you don't mind. What is the relationship Kratos has with the Olympus fam here, if they exist? I assume they do because Aphrodite and Athena are mentioned. Are they involved with the case, or are they just background?

It’s not a bother at all, don’t worry – much the contrary, I’m glad! :D

There will be more deities in the story, but they won’t be family-related to Kratos. So far, here’s a list of those who have a role (marginal or not) in the story:

Athena: District attorney, Lysandra’s chief. She’s mostly a by-the-book lawyer and "wastes no time" with relationships (her first and only fling was with a guy in the chess club while at the college, but nothing more).

Zeus: Athena’s father. He’s the current commissioner. Strict but mostly fair, let's say - not like his corrupted version in the game. Divorced from Hera, there's no contact between them. He likes to end his day with a glass of brandy.

Ares: ex-soldier, dishonorably discharged from service; still pretty unfair while fighting, yet holds the title in the MMA championship.

Aphrodite: Ares’ lover, supermodel and superb*tch. She tried multiple times to put her hands in Kratos’s pants, still without success (and this is not the only reason why Ares hates him, eheh)

There will be Hercules too, but I’ve yet to set more details about him - and I've yet to decide who will be the DA investigator under Athena.

Oh and there will be Orkos and Aletheia too, the first as physiotherapist (for both Kratos and Deimos) and the second as Deimos’ psychotherapist.

Hi! Hope you're doing well. Have you heard about the news that they're going to make a remake of God of War? If you had, what are you hoping they'll add and change into it, and what are the things you hope they don't flub on?

Speaking of your Modern AU GOW, who's Zora and how did Kratos get involved with him enough to make him a suspect? If you ever do plan to make a fic of it, what is the case the plot would revolve around?

I’ll be very honest – it has been ages since I played the games. I just remember fiercely HATING Hades’ part in the first game xD Jokes aside, I’m glad they’re planning to do a remake, but I know I’ll to wait since I mostly play on PC and I didn’t buy consoles newer than PS3 (they’re quite a waste of money for me). So yep, it’d be an interesting thing if they plan to remake them similar to GOW/Ragnarok, but I’d be glad for them to be with fresher graphics and more, new content (especially about Kratos’s family).

About the AU, Zora is one of the twins you see at the very beginning of the first game. And Kratos is the main suspect ‘cause, well… she was one of his “friends with benefits”, and they were actually together when he found her d3ad in the hotel room they shared. Her bl00d was literally on his hands, yet he swore he wasn’t the culprit – so the whole plot would revolve around this case.

As said before there would be a ton of details I’d still define, and I even thought about writing it first in my own language and then translate it – but as time passed I kinda… lost the spark? So yep, I never deleted the various notes I wrote about it, but I’ve yet to find the input to fully develop it.

10 - Something that made you cry this year?

Welllll... losing my grandma made me cry like an idiot, considerin' I lost my grandpa as well not even an year before :°) BUT! Speaking about "lighter" stuff that made me cry... I'd say the last GOW piece I'm scribbling about? I love writing angst yet I always cry while doing it. I'm really a masochistic idiot :°D

11 - Something you want to do again next year?

Uhm, nice question. I honestly dunno - maybe attending more comic cons? I rarely meet anyone outside work and cosplay is a nice "escape from reality".

19 - What’re you excited about for next year?

The mermaiding course! Water is my second natural habitat, with years of agonistic swimming and scuba diving. Being a mermaid is a childhood dream I never gave up on :D
