I'M SO HAOPY FOR MAECE IN THIS NEW PLACE
One thing that was fun was coming up with ads to hype up the community, there was also a lot rivalry ideas and pairings made for new intros and once the roster was set we planned to make new rival intros for the returning roster as well.
-The most popular match up was Rainbow Mika and Angel so we did an add of them and liked it so much we reused the composition for the OST cover.
-One pairing that was controversial was Oichi and Shiki. I wanted to bring in more Samurai Shodown and Last Blade characters for SNK but Capcom’s roster was lacking samurai so I wanted to bring in a few Sengoku Basara characters, some people liked it, some didn’t but it was dope to me.
-There was plans for a nightmare challenger pack later on, to focus on the core roster first then bring in the “evil” versions later.
