Tamon's B-side (Tamon-kun ima Docchi?!)'s first anime PV has been released, and it looks AMAZING!! They've really captured the manga's art style and I'm so excited to see more of it!!

Osomatsu-san: Chapter 12 Theory

According to last week's preview, tomorrow's episode is going to be emotional. Now, from what I'm seeing, it could be similar to the first episode of this season (since Kara got back on her motorcycle).

What I want to point out here is that Oso looks thoughtful in this shot:

Plus, it's quite possible he will have a talk with Chibita, given how the images are going (seeing their expressions, may be somewhat nostalgic). And speaking of talks, maybe he will also have one with Choro in which he will point out certain things or complain about something:

I have a small theory that Oso might end up getting, or at least wanting, a part-time job or a job in general, and maybe he's feeling conflicted about it (based on what he said in the first episode):

"What if we work part-time?" To be honest, I've had this weird feeling that something bad or emotional is going to happen since I saw the preview last week. Anyway, we'll see how the episode turns out tomorrow...

Spring Anime preview pt.1

OK, it’s time to come to terms with the fact that spring is here and time does, in fact, fly... sigh. Anyway, there’s surprisingly many shows I’m interested in this time around, so many in fact I had to break this preview up in two posts! Although how many I’m going to stick with to the end... who knows.

Carry-ons, sequels:

Mairimashita! Iruma-kun S2: YAAAAAY. The first season was an unexpected surprise, an enjoyable little nugget that brightened up my day every week. I’ve been reading the manga since then and it’s mostly lots of fun, so I'm happy to have more of the anime as well.

Back Arrow: As I said previously, this is not as good as I’d expected it to be, but eh, it’s still enjoyable so I’ll stick with it.

Nomad: Megalo Box S2: This one, though!! Megalo Box was a show I enjoyed greatly, but also one that ended on such a complete note that I never expected, or saw the need for, a sequel. So I had many doubts when Nomad was announced... but so far it looks pretty good! I really look forward to it.

The “I always wanted to read the manga but never got around doing it properly so I’ll just watch the anime” corner:

Fumetsu no Anata he: I’ve read a bit of the manga a good while back, and thought it was potentially interesting, but then I didn’t keep up with it. So I guess I’ll just watch the anime. I don’t have any particular expectations, I’ll just see where it goes and how.

Tokyo Revengers: I see they cleverly removed “manji” from the title, but how are they going to handle it in the story? :D;; Anyway, I’ve read a bit of this, but it’s one of those manga that I always feel would be better if they were shorter and were written tighter, because after the nth character and nth plotline my attention just gives up. Also, I remember not being quite able to decide if it was supposed to be funny or not... So yeah, I hope the anime will be enjoyable. (I’m also kind of looking forward but at the same time not, to that certain subset of the fandom seeing that art of Mickey in his heels and plunging head-first into gender identity wank, ignoring how it was just silly yankee fashion at the time.)

Dragon, ie wo kau: I always wanted to check this out, and never got around doing it. So here’s the opportunity! :D
