Sony Pictures Entertainment Brings Marvel Studios...
So are the Amazing Spider-Man movies over? Are they rebooting again? Sony still has final say on stuff?

From what I'm reading, Feige and the MCU team are going to work with Sony on another Spidey film in the future, but FIRST he is going to make a random-ass appearance in the MCU. All logic points to him just showing right the hell up in Civil War, because he's kind of a big deal there.
I don't know if Feige and team will reboot him yet again. It may even be that they'll keep Andrew Garfield. (or they may not, I'm reading conflicting reports)
Meanwhile, addendum, a handful of Marvel films have been pushed back slightly to make room for the standalone Spidey film.
