       THERE’S A SLIGHT hesitation at the offer, Grayson’s mind trailing back to the last time he found himself headfirst in a toilet, hearing the constant sound of the flusher as he emptied every ounce of his stomach, acid and all. that was nearly a year ago, a last hooray before he nursed a bottle of whisky the next night called his disgruntled aunt. he hadn’t gotten truly drunk since then. dark hue’s dance over morgan’s face, he shrugged. “Alright,” he was already nursing a second beer, it didn’t take much to get Grayson Crawford past the point of tipsy. “On ONE condition... no fucking Jager shots.”

      ❝ NO.❞  grayson held her gaze for only a moment before covering his eyes with a towel and blotting at the bit of crimson caked on his skin. ❝ Accident at work. I tried to help him but ---- ❞ he stammered, feeling a fresh swell of guilt begin to build in his chest. he’d looked away for a second. a single second and all shit when to hell. gray placed a hand on the wall, the other hand resting with the towel across his cheek. he gave his statement in a haze before hurrying off; barely able to catch his breath before collapsing in his car. he’d collected himself enough to come here, his face returning to the same stoic expression it always rested in.  ❝ Sorry. I didn’t mean to startle you. ❞

       IT LOOKS BAD.  grayson isn’t stupid enough to play it off like there isn’t a splatter of blood across his windshield and coating the soles of his shoes. ❝ It’s not human blood. ❞ he only knew that from the note taped to his side mirror. ❝ guess it’s some messed up ‘prank’ with pig’s blood. ❞ grayson rolls his eyes, stepping out of the spillage. red shoe prints follows him around his car. a cruel, disgusting welcome home from people who wanted nothing to do with him.

      the trunk pops open. grayson grabs a few towels stashed away, but pauses when he stares at the mess before him. ❝ you wanna help ---- ?  ❞  (what a fucking mess.) ❝ you don’t happen to have access to a fire hose? ❞ he half jokes with no inflection. he could really use a hose, something to wash away the crimson instead of driving around with it painting his his bumper giving the impression he hit something.

      GRAYSON DIPS HIS HEAD down in a futile attempt to hide the cut on his cheek and the dribble of blood on his lip --- there is little he can do to hide the bit of crimson seeping into his shirt from a cut on his rips. That is thanks to a well placed kick with a crudely made boot heel. ❝ just a couple jackasses. ❞  gray maneuvers  his way to the kitchen sink, grabbing a brown hand towel and wetting a corner. he begins cleaning his face, making a point to keep his back to felix and not show the tension and ache in his shoulders. ❝ Not the first time it’s happened. ❞ he knew it wouldn’t be the last. since he’d returned to this dreaded town, he’d had two other encounters; a group of poor meaning peers lurking in the shadows waiting to get in a few well placed punches uttering ‘murderer’ and ‘fucking liar’ at him with every hit. he was lucky to get a punch or two of his own in. 

       the slow drive home he’d contemplated avoiding this very situation and healing up for the night in a hotel. but his funds were low and it wasn’t worth it. finally, he dropped the wet, bloody towel into the sink and turned to face felix, his back leaning against counter.  ❝ don’t know if you noticed but people don’t like me around here. ❞

Hello! It's the Nonie that asked for advice on getting the schedule changes. I asked one of my counselors and she said she'd try to come up with a solution. The main reason I'm so upset I got into Ag is bc the principal told me personally that he would make sure I got into Home Ec. The ladies at the front desk wouldn't let me talk to him either and they're saying that a parent has to suggest the change which I believe is complete Bullshit™️© cuz that counselor told me she could help, no parents.

Schools are fucking weird and rude. No one is ever on the same page.

I'm sorry that you're having to deal with all that trouble, nonie. :^( I hope things can get figured out soon!! Ag is a pain in the ASS and 100% not for everyone (including me i threw a bitch fit when my principal put me in Ag instead of art my 9th grade year abd wouldn't leave him alone until he put me in art finally)
