So i've wanted to read Twist and shout for a looong time but I'm not sure I should, if you know what I mean. haha I've heard it's devastating. But could you give me the link to it? And should I read it?! love your blog btw. lots of love! Xx

ok well it’s really hard to give advice concerning Twist and Shout because people have different feelings regarding tragedy. I can’t even decide whether I regret reading it or not.

Basically, it is without a doubt the most beautiful and powerful piece of fanfiction I have ever read and for that I am so glad I read it. I feel kind of honoured that I got to experience their story.

BUT I have also never in my whole life been that devastated over fiction. Please don’t underestimate how sad it is because it wasn’t just ‘oh that’s sad I’ll cry for a few minutes and then move on’, it is something that still makes me feel physical pain in my chest when I think about it. So for that I feel like I’d be happier if I hadn’t read it.

So it’s amazing and beautiful and moving and excellently written but you need to decide whether or not it’ll be worth it for you.
