Something tells me you people like Aquamarine. Same. (Merci friend <3)
You had the pleasure of encountering one another for the first time in Funland. Steven had requested your help in finding a certain blue gem, partially because he was running out of ideas, and partly since he hoped you might know what to do.
Whatever you expected, it certainly wasn’t a snobbish fairy with a wand and a penchant for crushing hopes and dreams.
You never knew it was possible to be so charming yet so demonic at the same time. Shooting smug grins at you whilst teasing your helplessness when you attempted to strike her with a metal pole you picked up off the ground, only to fall backwards into a sitting position, tripped by Topaz. “Aw, Topaz look! The human thinks it can actually hit me! How cute~” After which she squished your cheeks mockingly, followed by spiels of laughter.
Despite the Crystal Gem’s best attempts, the fight climaxed with none of the humans rescued, Steven caught in Topaz’s torso, and you suspended in mid-air by Aquamarine’s wand.
“Hm, what do you three think? Should I return your little human friend? You know what? I don’t think I will. Very nice meeting you all, and your compliance is appreciated.” To which Pearl raised her spear in protest.
“That wasn’t part of the deal!” Aquamarine giggled maliciously in response.
“Guess what? I don’t care! As you dullards might have noticed, Topaz here isn’t much of a conversationalist...” A shadow fell over her face as she grinned menacingly. “...and I’ll be damned before I pass up an opportunity like this.”But, our job here is done. So...”
She flicked her wand, creating a second bubble of blue around Garnet, Amethyst and Pearl, before slinging them directly into the wall behind them, smashing them through several layers of brick and turning to me, an angelic smile crossing her features. “Say goodbye to earth forever!” Snickering, she flew up to the ship, slamming the hatch shut behind her.
