Tsukii's Girlfriend Scenario

“Hey Sawamura, could I leave practice early?” Tsukishima Kei asked. This question surprised all of the Karasuno volleyball team. Even Yamaguchi was slightly shocked at this question. He did have an idea of why Tsukishima would ask this but of course he wasn’t going to say it out loud.

“What for?” Sawamura Daichi, the captain, responded to the salty blonde.

“I’m meeting up with someone.”

At this, Yamaguchi finally spoke up with his conclusion, “You meeting Lee?”

“Yeah,” Yamaguchi was about to speak again before Tsukishima cut him off, “I’ll say hi for you.”

“Thanks Tsukii!”

“Don’t all me that.”

“Sorry Tsukii.” 

The captain considered Tsukishima’s request and was about to say yes before realizing he didn’t know how early Tsukishima was planning on leaving so he asked, “What time would you be leaving?”

“3:30, 3:40.”

“You won’t get a lot of practice in during that time.”

“I know.” Nobody could believe that Tsukishima wasn’t being a sarcastic ass right now. Instead, he was answering the questions honestly and seriously.

“I guess you can go, and Yamaguchi, feel free to go with him if Tsukishima is alright with it.” Yamaguchi of course, looked excited at what the captain said while Tsukishima just seemed bored, now if you could read him well then you would probably see a little relief but the only one able to notice that is this mysterious Lee person.

“Can I come Tsukii?”

“Yeah whatever, Lee will be happy to see you.”

“Bye!” Yamaguchi called out as he headed out the door while Tsukishima just scoffed. Just like always.

“So...Daichi, why did you let him go so easily?” Sugama - Sugawara asked his friend.

“Why, we’re going to follow them of course. It’s not everyday that Tsukishima wants to leave practice to meet up with someone.” Murmurs of agreement rang through the team.

“What are we waiting for! Let’s go see who Saltyshima is going to visit,” the Sunshine name Hinata Shoyo yelled as he started out the gym, the rest of the team following close behind.

 “How long has it been since you’ve seen Ara?”

“Few weeks. What’s with you calling her Lee in the gym?” 

Cue an embarrassed rub neck from Yamaguchi, “Sorry about that. Not sure what came over me.

“Whatever, it’s almost four so she should be out soon.”

“I’m excited to see her again!”

“They’ve stopped, maybe this is where they are meeting this mysterious Lee person,” Tanaka pointed out the obvious,

The team peered over the side of the building to see a short girl run up and hug Tsukishima followed by Yamaguchi. They all strained to hear what they were saying although it wasn’t too hard.

“Kei! Tadashi! It’s nice to see you two. Feels like it’s been forever.”

“Yeah yeah, it’s nice to see you two.”

“Oh shush,” cue a cheek pinch, “you could at least act excited and Tadashi! How’s he doing in volleyball?”

“Oh umm well uh good. I guess,” Yamaguchi replies nervously, not really sure why she was asking him instead of Tsukishima.

“That’s nice to hear! Anyways, I want to meet your team cause they sound like chill people. Well, they have to be to put up with you,” she replied with a slight laugh near the end.

“Yeah yeah. Whatever, I’m treating you to shushi.”

“Thank you Kei!” She smiles, grabbing his hand and letting him lead the way to the shushi place.

“WAAHH!! Does Saltyshima have a girlfriend?”

“Before us?! How is that possible Ryu?”

“I don’t believe it Noya.”

Guess what, once again, everyone on the team was in shock. And when the girl grabbed Tsukishima’s hand, well, everyone just lost their minds. Inclduing the Captain and Vice-Captain who were usually pretty good at hiding their shock.

“THIS CAN’T BE POSSIBLE!!” Noya shouts as he jumps away from the building, effectively ruining everyone’s cover.

“What the hell are you guys doing here?” Tsukishima yelled out in shock and annoyance.

“Ohh! Is this your team Kei?” When she was ignored, she turned to Yamaguchi who gave her a slight nod. “Well nice to meet you Karasuno Volleyball Team. I’m Setsuko, Aralee. It’s a pleasure to meet you all,” she says with a welcoming smile.

“What’s your relationship with Tsukishima?” Noya, Tanaka and Hinata all shout out the same time?

“My relationship. Well,” cue a dramatic pause, “I’m his Girlfriend.”

(Aralee runs a hand across the water creature’s snout. She whispers in that strange language, waiting until the creature shakes in her grasp in response before turning back towards your voice.)

Aralee: For now, they want you to call them J or JJ. They are very slow to trust, so please be respectful of their choice.

(The water creature on her lap shudders, the sound of pure rushing water coming from it. Aralee looks down apologetically, running her hands across the watery surface of the creature in an apology.)

Aralee: Apologies. She is fine. You’ve told me Terrence is in need of assistance, I shall answer your call as I said.
