Congressman Gerald R. Ford’s office provided copies of this cookbook to his constituents in the early 1960s. According to the preface, it “contains what the editors consider the finest fare from each of the 50 States.” From pancakes to sweet and savory pies, there’s a recipe for practically every meal.
