Starting to walk my talk and I picked up this Antelope Sage/James Buckwheat on my hike to replant. We call this tz’ak kan. I want to build on my plant and herbal nature skills. The taxonomy is Eriogonum Jamesii and it is found in CO, UT, TX NM, OK, NE . It has many medicinal uses such as: oral contraceptive, a wash for sore eyes, the fresh dry roots can be used for stomachaches and a sore tongue.
