‘Honour The Being’ - my solo in two weeks it’s full of paintings inspired by nature... but there’s more than nature that inspire me... it’s also the people that are working hard to protect it. Like @operationstraw and the team behind it... one of them being @theunderwaterwoody. Not just the Strawkle Squads chief of logistics ... he is an extremely talented and passionate diver and underwater photographer. We have decided to collaborate for this painting as, 1) my underwater photo skills are crap. And 2) it seems only fitting that an artwork that has all the profits donated to @operationstraw come from the good planet warriors themselves. What’s the strawkle squad? This summer I became a strawkler. Today I took myself on a mission to @tarongawesternplainszoo to get inspired for my solo. . . It’s a #workinprogress . 〰 I sat with the White Rhinos as the park was closing, in the quiet stillness, I pretended I was in Africa and thought of #Sudan, the last male Northern White Rhino that died a few weeks back. I felt sad but tried that positivity thing people say to do. 〰 Oh and I got Selfie with a goat.
