We all know the drill, we've got busy busy lives. But I decided my first personal art of the year was going to be my Early Winter AU and now I'm finally posting it! Even in 2026 we continue to persist!

I'm still writing Barriers whenever I can, it's just taking a looot longer than I wish... And I can only wish I finish it before Frozen 3 drops and dumps more lore upon me haha

I hope everyone's having a decent January so far, and if not, I hope it gets better! 💞

I'M BACK! And I've already rambled so much in my ao3 comment so I'll keep this one short(er). Two things that I really wanted to draw were this and them flying together. Didn't have time to make multiple pieces though, so I started working on this one just to see if I could capture intimacy. Good thing too, because I could not have thought of a better outfit for Elsa than the one @cautumligth drew her with!

The lighting here is inspired by the northern lights

Winter Dance

Shipping two characters with a winter theme? I started this blog bc of Jelsa, would you expect me to say anything other than yes?

Now, putting four characters with a shared winter theme in a Dance AU? I have no idea who wanted this but my brain kept imagining them shuffling to one I'm Blue Da Ba Dee Da Ba Die remix so...

Adding some crossover AU thoughts under the cut:

Lucius owns a small dance studio he named Frozone. His students started calling him that for fun one day and it stuck. There are only a few kids there right now, but every single one has added a new flavor to the place:

Jackson, stage name Jack Frost, was the first kid who stumbled upon the place and just... never stopped coming back

Elsa, stage name Snow Queen, appeared one day asking to learn in secret. It took a while, but it's not much of a secret anymore

Periwinkle, stage name Frost Fairy, is the youngest kid of the group and is always dropped off by her gang of friends (calling themselves the "Winter Fairies") after school

Occasionally they would go out and perform together, and the winter theme made them very memorable. What shenanigans happen in that studio? Well, only Lucius knows that best

I LIVE!! Been busy running around irl lately so I have not WRITTEN, barely DRAWN, in the last few weeks. And unlikely to go back to doing either regularly for a while T-T My poor WIPs...

Why is this the most Jack-ish face I have ever drawn and why did I draw him in his human outfit? Idk I just did and it's done now

Growing up on Barbie movies made me fond of ballet and skating imagery so for as long as I've been drawing I've always included them in my references. Hm. Maybe I should revisit more of my art roots when I find free time again...

I swear every time I sketch them they look different, but that's what this practice is for haha. Anw here's my shot at this prompt, hope you like this one too!
