Alestes: two moods: either something like oolong or even liquorice tea, dark and complicated - or builder's brew, splash of milk and one sugar.
Baker: I see him as one of those old men in cafs who will keep adding sugar packets to his cup until someone physically stops him, and who barely dunks the teabag in so it's basically just milky sugar water.
Siva: definitely a chai, strongly spiced but also sweet and creamy. Adeni chai perhaps - he seems the kind to love condensed milk. (If he had access to Twinings I think he'd like Lady Grey too).
Noor: probably favours something herbal like Zhourat - where the smell/steam and the healing properties are part of the experience
Inez: strikes me as the kind who orders a black coffee, but looks longingly at the honeydew or strawberry milk tea boba
Anh: Vietnamese Lotus green tea - lighter and delicately scented
