First class of the day, Kimberly hadn’t gotten much sleep the night before and wasn’t in the mood for anyone’s crap. Sitting in her seat, finishing her homework which she had passed out at one in the morning doing, she yawns and rubs the back of her neck. Today was going to be a long day. About ten minutes into the class there is a knock on the classroom door before the principal came in and introduced a new student. Kara Danvers. The teacher told Kara to take the last empty seat next to Kimberly. Kimberly didn’t look up, instead, she finished writing her homework for the next five minutes before getting up and turning it in to the teacher. By the time she sat back down in her seat, she was unable to keep her head up and just passed out from exhaustion.
