Well the pie lady stopped by. I think she had to rush this order because the biscuits weren't browned and the pumpkin pie wasn't done. 😢 I ain't going to waste it though. First time that's happened though. I do usually order up to a week ahead of time but this time I ordered the day before. I'll definitely try to stay a few day's ahead. She had her baby almost two month's ago now so I'm sure she's busy. Maybe I can finish cooking the pie in the rice cooker? 😕? I still don't have a stove. Suggestions? I really like her shepherds pie. Which I'm really trying to get away from but out here it's canned frozen or pickled. Anything in glass is ok but I'm really hurting and don't need any more canned foods right now.
