Dialogue Writing: Vegito in the Tournament of Power (AU)
(Scene set: Tournament of Power stage, Potaras have recently been confirmed to be allowed.)
Beerus: Shin! Pull out your earrings this instant!
Shin: N-No need to be hasty! We need to think of a strategy before we through them out there!
Beerus: Now is all the time to be hasty! We need to give our team the Potaras as quickly as possible!
Whis: The Supreme Kai makes a valid point.
Whis: Before you be hasty, think rationally about the Potaras in this situation. Just think, if two of our team members fused into one being and that one being was eliminated-
Beerus: Unlikely, but go on...
Whis: If the fused fighter were to go down, it would count as two eliminations, bringing a team a few more steps closer to losing.
(Beerus and Champa look at Whis in shock.)
Beerus: So, we might as well keep the earrings in the stands--
Vegeta: (from the battlefield) Pass the earring to me!
Vegeta: Just toss the thing over already, I have a plan.
Beerus: We have a plan too! It's called, "Don't Fuse or We'll Be Closer to Death!"
Vegeta: Trust me. Kakarot and I haven't lost yet, so it's unlikely that well be ringed out as Vegito. So, stop wasting time and throw one to me!
(Beerus takes out Shin's Potara Earrings and throws one to Vegeta)
Shin: Beerus! What about the plan?
Beerus: You saw Goku and Vegeta's fusion back in the battle with that Buu creature, right? It was strong, wasn't it? They're going to win this Tournament for us as one fighting force!
(The second Potara is flicked out of Beerus's hand towards Goku.)
(The earring bounces against Goku's forehead, but he manages to catch it.)
Kefla: I see you have Potaras too. Or rather, Potara singular. (laughs) What are you supposed to do with one earring? I don't even see where the other one went.
Goku: Good question, though. Who did Beerus throw other earring to? Maybe Gohan, or Frieza even?
Kefla: Stop getting distracted! You're fighting me! Now, take this!
(Kefla prepares to launch a ki blast before a shot from the side causes it to burst.)
Vegeta: Kakarot! Your fusion partner is right here, you dolt!
Vegeta: Just put that thing in your left ear before that Saiyan woman can process!
(Goku nods, and attaches the Earring to his left ear, while Vegeta does the same to his right. The two crash together due to their energies being pulled together. They fuse into Vegito!)
Vegito- Goku Side: Alright! Back to the good old days of Potara fusion! This brings me all the way back to Buu!
Vegito- Vegeta Side: Yeah, that's great and all. Now, make us turn into that new mysterious "dodgey-dodgey" form you used earlier.
Vegito- Goku Side: I told you, Vegeta. I don't even know what it was! I can't just fire it up at will as myself, let alone as Vegito!
Vegito- Vegeta Side: Then, there's no point to this fusion. Let us say "Good day!" and take these earrings off.
Vegito- Goku Side: It's not pointless! You've got to help me fight these two now! I barely stood a chance in Super Saiyan God form, so I enjoy your backup.
Vegito- Vegeta Side: Fine, I guess I had it coming...
Kefla: I guess it's fusion on fusion. I had a bone to pick with one of your parts, but I guess I'm against both of you now.
Vegito- Both Sides: Yes, and, to start this battle, I'd like to introduce you to someone.
Kefla: What? Introduce me?
Vegito- Both Sides: Yes, he's a good friend of mine and his name is VEGITO BLUE!!!
(Vegito transforms into his Super Saiyan Blue form)
