Authors Note #2
Hey all! Just putting in a post to let everyone know the blog is still live but I wanted to provide some updates for my blog watchers for some transparency and expectation setting.
1) I am currently working on a large chapter in the story, focused on one of the more important moments. I’m super excited to post it, however I wanted this one to get a little extra attention to detail if I can help it.
2) I am going to be going through my blog as well to fix up the organizing. It’s nothing major, I just realized with scale of story this will work better if named as Act>Chapter instead of Chapter>Part. It’s a really small thing but I feel it helps make it a little more intuitive, especially for when I get into multi-part plot beats that are beyond scope I expected.
3) I am also now employed, which does unfortunately eat into my writing time. This means sometimes I may be posting a lot one week, and not at all others. Even so, I am in no way planning to stop this story. In fact, this leads me to…
4) I am currently awaiting an email so I can begin to also post on AO3 to preserve this story much better and also extend its reach to more of the fandom. More information will be posted as it becomes available.
5) lastly, but most importantly:
HAPPY PRIDE EVERYONE!
This may be a more intense and darker themed blog, but I love all of my amazing queer community and I want to remind you all to keep living and keep up the good work. Even if you are just surviving. Even if you are just existing. The worlds is better with you in it, and the best way to spite those who hate that, is to keep living in spite of them. Proudly if circumstances permit. You are all amazing. Thanks for existing.
