Hiii!
Just thought I would share a little personal something with some pretty pictures!
This past weekend, me and my spouse celebrated 11 years of marriage and 16 years together. We didn't go far or do anything terribly fancy, but we had a great time, and laughed A LOT.
The hotel we stayed at was...pretty bad, but that didn't keep us down! In fact, it kept us out and faaaar away from the hotel whenever possible, lol.
We visited an amazing botanical garden (an anniversary tradition) and did a Rail Explorers tour!
Of course, I took a ton of photos (433 apparently), but I will spare you the countless pictures of all the pretty flowers and railroad tracks, lol.
We also did some shopping (maaaay have bought out the bookstore...) and exploring! If the rail tour thing looks fun to you, I highly recommend it. It was so much fun and they have locations all over the States.
If you noticed I was exceptionally quiet of late, this is why. Once we got back home, we just vegged for the most part and recovered. Back to the real world tomorrow!
And we're done!
The entire Scarlet & Violet Pokédex in gif form! What a journey it's been, huh?
I've been getting asks for what comes next, whether that's shiny forms, or back views, or PLA+PLZA models, and the answer is, unfortunately, this is the end.
This has been an over year and half long project, and in that period, I've gotten significantly busier in my real life; by the time I got to the DLC 'mons, I was already struggling to fit them into my schedule!
That's not even mentioning the fact that the both MEGA drive and my hard drive are at full capacity (25GB / 3TB respectively), so I'd need to put in monthly money to keep everything running, at least for the former. I want this to be a free and as-permanent-as-possible resource for folks rather than at the mercy of that kind of upkeep!
So between lack of time and lack of resources, that's it for me on my end, but if you'd like to try your own hand at it, the Pokémon Switch Blender Importer and Pokémon Ripping Project have made incredible strides as of late; a good 60% of the process that I had to originally do can now be done a single click! Give it a try!
As a reminder, you can view the Full Pokédex List here, and download these gifs from the MEGA repository for 50fps gif files and the Google drive for 60fps mp4 versions.
(2026-05-12 Update: Because of MEGA's recent changes to upload limits, some of the gifs were moved to Google Drive.)
And if you'd like to follow what sorts of other, non-Pokémon related stuff I do, you can check out my main blog or much more frequently updated bluesky page.
Take care, and thank you for joining me on this journey!
Can you lock tf in but with toons I play as

Getting to know your Writing Style Challenge!
Something you use too much of in your writing: Italicised words will be the death of me, I feel like it’s every other word “for emphasis”, but I really need to stop using them.
Something you use too little of in your writing: Adverbs. I barely use them, which I thought was good at first seeing so many books over-use them, but when there are none at all it gets a bit underwhelming.
Something you’re good at writing: Probably dialogue; I feel like I can think of appropriate dialogue tags quite easily, and there are rarely awkward silences between characters.
Something you’re bad at writing: Honestly, fight scenes. I have a habit of writing long sentences, but I know that the sentences in fight scenes should be shorter to reflect the character’s thoughts. Also, I have no idea what you do physically in a fight. The only fights I’ve been in always end with me losing lol.
Your favourite genre to write: Fantasy or dystopian, mostly because of all the descriptive possibilities: descriptions are probably my fave things to write.
Your least favourite genre to write: Non-fiction. I write to get out of the world, not to stay in it.

Not Hope, Not Despair. It's Love.
“Well… there you are, Mikan. I’m looking right at you,” she said, softly stroking her cheek and then running a hand through her hair. When she looked at Mikan, she saw a few things. She saw Mikan Tsumiki herself, a beautiful woman like something right out of an old painting. But there was still so much more to her. She softly parted her hair and watched her sleeping face. She saw the sun, the moon, and all the other planets that made up the cosmos. She could see shooting stars and comets passing by. She saw a meadow on a sunny spring day, a feint breeze running through it and causing the grass to sway with it. She saw waves on the beach, crashing onto the shores and the rocks. She saw a whole other galaxy with its own solar system, where all the stars and planets aligned so that every thing that ever happened in it would make perfect sense. She saw an orchestra in the warm glow of the concert hall on a cold winter’s night, playing Der Rosenkavalier waltz. “Do you get it yet?” she softly asked Mikan, stroking her cheek again. “Maybe you do. Maybe you don't. I don't think I fully do. It contradicts me, and who I am in ways that everyone else I've met hasn't. It’s separate from the feelings I got from my classmates, from what I felt for my sister, what I felt for Matsuda. It is feelings that I should not have, and yet I do." She leaned in closer to Mikan, kissing her on the cheek and nuzzling her. “Do you get it yet?” She finally laid back again and closed her eyes, feeling sleep over take her. She dreamed of her, Mikan, and Akane going on a nice picnic together. The weather was nice, with the sky free of clouds and the breeze cool. There wasn’t a single trace of despair in the area, and yet Junko didn’t mind it one bit. Mikan Tsumiki loved Junko Enoshima, and Junko Enoshima loved Mikan Tsumiki right back. Even if Junko didn’t fully understand it herself, and even if Mikan herself didn't fully believe that latter part.
Please look at this absolutely amazing commission I got from @sundog-days. It's so beautiful and god, I'm in love. Please consider giving them your support and possibly commissioning them! Oh my god oh my god oh my god.
Genuinely, I do love these two so very much and writing for them, even after all this time away... it's great to be back, and thank you to everyone who follows and supports this blog and story the whole way through. I promise you, I'll continue to make something beautiful as long as you watch.
