Just a reminder:

In season 1, Anne felt as though everyone was against her and what she felt had no effect on anyone.

Likewise, in season 3, Anne not only thinks that Gilbert chose Winne but she think that he did it without even speaking to her first- like she’s not worth an explanation and what she feels doesn’t matter.
