Running Song of the Day - I Would by One Direction
HAHAHA so a great way to gauge how this is going is to note that I started approximately 3 weeks after I first intended. Whoops. I did my first run today at the gym and could barely do a 1/4 mile without walking. It certainly did not help that the beautiful sculpted man on the treadmill next to me was going super fast and not stopping. Oh well, at least I am finally starting?
Anyhows, this is about what I was expecting for my first run. I’m hoping to add on distance and endurance so that these posts are less embarrassing and more inspiring, but I think at this rate we’ll be well into February for that :)
