Love using my #dharmayogawheel for heart openers. This is the #Kapotasana flow I do to help get deeper into the full expression. The dharma wheel helps to lengthen the spine especially the lower lumbar and thoracic. I am leading a back bending workshop at Bhakti Barn Yoga in Millburn, Nj.
