My Writing is a Mine of Diamonds
Writing has to be one of the greatest satisfactions in this world. Post-secondary education conditions us to develop an animosity towards it because not only are we forced to write according to someone else's guidelines and expectations, but we are expected to do so in a limited amount of time. I often debate that this hinders my creative ability and forces me into a box. However, I've learned to embrace different forms of writing. I appreciate the pressure because after all, coal under pressure makes diamonds!
