This was hard, but I've been interested in Bangla forever.

As many online bengali/bangla learning resources I could find. Thanks to Reddit r/bengalilanguage and r/languagelearning for most of the links on this list. That being said, I have not used all of these sites, but as someone who is weary of online webpages and downloading malicious links, I can tell you that as far as I know, everything is safe to use! Omg is it inherently funny to me because I'm bengali and know that it's not bangla(I'm laughing way too hard as they have totally changed the meaning of the words here)or because I know what the words actually mean in Thai and it's not this😂😂

So welcome to my language lesson on why did the translation got mistaken-

'Rak' or 'Rakh' (রাখ) does means keep but don't keep would mean 'Rakhbi na'( রাখবি না)-here, it would be 'Rakhben na'(রাখবেন না) since she is older- but since it's AI translation here it has simplified the 'Rakbi na' to 'Rak na'(which is what you would say if persuading someone to keep something). The Kub or 'Khub' (খুব) would mean a lot or as given here,much. I also think the AI got confused between 'Som' and 'Sob'(শব) that's why the translation is very much and not just much.

So if you somewhere,somehow,someday want to say 'Don't keep it very much a lot'(very much will not make sense here) in bangla,you would need to say 'Aetota rakhish na'(এতটা রাখিশ না) would be the most correct form :)

I love Bangla as a language but god it’s hard

I learned how to read and write when I was little, but I was never really good at it

I’ve been doing quite a bit of reading (mostly kids books rn since that’s the level I’m at lmfao) but I do want to write more - looking for any writing prompts or anything or that sort in Bangla

Also this is a pretty good book for others also new to reading in Bangla
