I love when I get an email from a customer, even if’s to let me know they lost their bottle opener. Daniel did a great job with the photo of his EDC and I’m honored that he’d send me such a nice email. I struggle hard to make each piece as good as I can, so you can imagine how thrilled I was to know he’d opened thousands of beers with his opener. Getting my opener into the hands of a professional bartender so he could use it day after day.... that’s a solid testimonial, if I do say so myself!
And, yes, we’re already working on making him a new opener! :D
