Mer-May art challenge: Basculin (Red-Striped Form)! 2h56! This was a pretty quick one to make, even if I did have to restart at the very beginning! I liked making the little teeth OvvvO Feels especially good to have made an actually small crochet like I prefer. The body shape was a bit weird to do; I thought I'd go mouth to tail, but ended up doing top to bottom with tail separate.
White-Striped Deino are known to be docile and gentle, and explore their surroundings with tentative nibbles and nudges. They often search for food with their keen sense of smell to share with others.
On the other hand, once they evolve into Dual-Striped Zweilous, they are anything but docile. The two heads fight and compete even more fiercely than purebred Zweilous, so much so that they scarcely have time to hunt or rest. Due to the strain, the odds of reaching adulthood are low.
If they manage to survive long enough to evolve, they become Phantom Hydreigon. These are solitary Pokémon, but if sought out or attacked they will unleash all of their built up rage and pain onto the unlucky foe with unimaginably destructive force.
