just a reminder that I'm one human person, making these (very often lengthy) book guides during my free time, while trying to get work for a career path that's been stolen by AI. I'm sorry if I don't mention certain books in my guides, books I've perhaps never heard of, though I spend hours building my lists while juggling other tasks. I'm sorry if I make mistakes, despite trying to fact-check. I seriously appreciate when people come to me with suggestions and edits. I want to ensure accuracy, representation, and every form of fairness I can.

power went off at 8pm est. weather was below 30F. it's now 10am est the next day, still no power. all of our groceries are spoiled and our poor black cats are huddled under a stack of blankets with us. but at least my kindle was fully charged.
