More Ruby and Yang headcanons! Pt. 2!

I saw that people really liked the first one so i gotta make more i suppose!

°When Ruby was a baby Yang would always try to make her say "Yang" so she would be her first word. One day Qrow walked by, took a swig of his drink. Yang saw him and yelled "UNCLE QROW!"

°Only for Ruby to shout out "U'NCO QWOW!"

°Qrow was smug, and Yang looked at him in disbelief

°This was the most utter betrayal.

°Qrow hold it over her head to this day. Yang is salty

°Ruby has no idea why.

°When they were younger Yang would take them out on "Missions" to do things. When in reality she was using Ruby's cute face to get stuff.

°Once Ruby was old enough she realized and screamed "huh...wait a minute. yANG!-"

°After that she just smiled and said "I'm in!"

°All they have to do is ask for stuff, use Ruby's cute face, and BAM! PROFIT!

°At Beacon Yang would pick Ruby up out of nowhere when she saw boys trying to flirt with her.

°No. Just no.

°She may tease Ruby about getting a boyfriend but that doesn't mean she actually meant it!

°She's a part of the "Weapons over Boys" club. Ruby deserves better than hormonal angsty testosterone machines

°Ozpin, Qrow, and Tai are also a part of this club. That and the female population of Beacon and Signal.

°Yang has a habit of throwing Ruby away from danger

°and its a literal "throw her out of danger."

°Boy trying to flirt with her? Up and Yeet. Too many Grim? Up and Yeet. Any problem? uP AND YEET-

°Ruby doesn't even know why she does this but at least it trained her landing strategy.

°Everyone finds this hilarious

°"So hey, i was wondering if you'd like me to take you out tonight? It could be-"

"I SEE AND I YEET-" "Yaaaaaaang!"

°If only they knew that Tai and Qrow had the same habit when they were at Beacon.

°They just grin and let it happen. Its good bonding after all

°On missions that aren't too serious, Yang will follow Ruby and play the mission impossible song behind her. It gets on Weiss's nerves, but Ruby just laughs it off

°When they were younger, Yang tried to teach Ruby how to use her weapon so they could become a power fighting duo when they got older

°Ruby never got the hang of it and got so annoyed that she threw them on the couch in aggravation. She's never felt so angry and annoyed in her life

°She hated the feeling so much that her hand to hand suffered alot. That's why she's kinda terrible at it

°Tai cannot resist any of their baby faces. They're his little girls okay?! And they know it

°Qrow laughs in his face about it but he's even weaker than him when it comes to that

°Ruby has a habit of taking random things and taking them apart. Only to put them back together.

°Sometimes they end up getting huge upgrades. Sometimes very explosive upgrades.

°Tai never bought another toaster. Or a microwave.

°Yang is surprisingly good at knitting and makes Ruby sweaters and hats all the time.

°She also taught it to Ruby!

°So everyone at Beacon who's a decent person gets a sweater and hat each year. No one knows where they come from.

°to teach Ruby how to swim Yang yeeted her into the pool. That's how Qrow taught her!

°Tai saw this and taught her properly.

°She was 5

Could I possibly get a HC for team RWBY, JNPR, and maybe Oscar about what flower(s) they probably like or I guess best describes them. Ruby is probably gonna be rose and Ren will probably be a lotus but I'd like to be someone else's take on it.

This is a really cool question! Hm lets see...

Ruby: Well for Ruby it's obvious she might have a bias for red roses, but she does have quiet a few she likes besides those! She happens to really like daisies, they stand for innocence, purity, and loyal love. They remind her of her mother's cloak. The beautiful silky white. They also grew around her home and she'd pick them with Yang to make into flower crowns. She also thinks moonflowers are pretty, but doesn't know the meaning behind them.

Weiss: Weiss is actually a flower nerd. She loves to find the meanings to each one, and she roped Ruby into her little obsession. She has three favorites! Snowdrops, (which symbolise hope and new beginings) Camellas, (Desire, refinement, and passion) and Protea (Change, Transformation and Courage)

Blake: She also has a bias for a particular plant since her last name is Belladonna. Its also referred to as Deadly Nightshade! It fits her quiet well. She likes cherry blossoms, they stand for gentleness and kindness; she wishes she could have more of that in her life. She also has a strange love hate relationship with foxgloves. She loves how they look. But hates the meaning, it stands for insecurity.

Yang: Yang suprisingly does like flowers alot! She likes to find the meanings but sometimes just settles for the look cause they look nice. She likes Gladiolus (they stand for honor, strength in character, and conviction) Tiger Lilies (they symbolize confidence, pride, and wealth) and Gazania, they're these beautiful flowers that look like fire and they stand for wealth.

Jaune: Jaune is a fan of flowers! He doesn't know any meanings though. But based on looks he really likes Bellflowers, Daffodils, and Delphiniums. Its quiet ironic since he doesn't know what they stand for. Look them up and you won't be disappointed!

Phyrra: Phyrra likes flowers too, but doesn't know too many meanings. Her favorite are Dahlia (often associated with various meanings that may range from messages of enduring grace to signals of warning. They symbolize elegance, inner strength, creativity, change, and dignity. They are also known to represent one who stands strong in his/her sacred values) she also likes amaranth (immortality). She also quiet favors red roses too.

Nora: Nora loves really colorful flowers! She doesn't know any real meanings. She vaguely knows a few since Ren talks about them sometimes. She likes chrysanthemums (joy, happiness, truth, loyal love) and Hyacinths (playfulness, sporty attitude, and rashness) and peonys (bashfulness, compassion)

Ren: Ren likes flowers a fair bit! He does love Water lilies (purity, spontaneous generation and divine birth.), Aster symbolizes patience. It is also indicative of a love of variety. It also symbolizes elegance and daitiness and Lavander/Heather (symbolizes admiration, solitude and beauty while white heather symbolizes protection and indicates that wishes will come true.)

Oscar: He grew up on a farm, and helped in the gardens so he has a fair amount of knowledge on flower meanings he likes Gladiolus's (symbolizes strength of character, faithfulness and honor. The Gladiolus flower signifies remembrance.) He's not too much of a fan of remembering meanings however. He does like apple blosssoms and dandelions!

And some bonus ones!

Qrow: He actually does have a secret love of flowers. Summer actually was a huge fan on the meanings and it just rubbed off on him. He has a pretty deep admiration for them. His favorites are Asphodelus (My regrets follow you to the grave), Anemones (Also known as windflowers, anemones symbolize anticipation and are thought to bring luck and protect against evil.) He likes these cause Summer used to give them to him. He has them pressed into a book. And the last one in a locket around his neck. And Ranunculus (conveys the message that you are radiant with charm, and/or very attractive) He purely likes them cause of the meaning. Tai gave him one as a joke once. Theres a funny story that goes along with them and if you want to know it let me know!

Ozpin: He liked flower lore quiet a bit. He had a few flowers around his office. His favorites are forget me nots, (True love, don't forget me) Aster (wisdom, devotion), and daffodils (rebirth)

I need more grandpa/dad Ozpin headcanons

So i read a headcanon a bit ago that theorized how the silver eyes lines came to be. That Ozma had children with silver eyes and they started the lines. And honestly i love it cause that could mean that Ruby and the Grim Reaper could be related to Ozpin/Ozma and i needed to make some more headcanons based on this so here we go!

°Ozpin knew about his very distant relationship to Ruby and took it upon himself to raise her in a mentorish way

°So when she ended up using her powers by accident during a training mission, Ozpin saw this as a perfect opportunity

°He decides to train her 4 days out of the week. Making her a special schedule, A new diet to compensate for how many calories shes using, Some new training clothes so it's easier for her to move, and hair clips. Dont ever say he doesn't care about his proteges lol

°Ruby loves training like this and he has to pull out his dad side by reminding her that her body can only take so much.

°And right after complains about "These old bones" and that "She should go easy on this poor old man"

°Not only does he train her in her new powers, but he trains her mind. Making her an even more brilliant strategist

°He likes to make it fun since when he tried the book method she fell asleep in 4 minutes.

°So chess is usually the go to game. That and complicated battle board games.

°Ozpin will still be irritated and smug no matter the outcome of the game. If he loses he gets irritated that he lost to a kid, but smug cause thats HIS kid. If he wins he's irritated that she didn't try hard, but smug cause he won.

°He's a complicated man

°He tries to make Ruby relax more since she's extremely energetic

°He gives her cookies everytime she manages to use her powers on command

°For some reason he developed a habit of patting Ruby's head like a puppy. He's been teased by Glynda ever since

°Ruby laughs whenever he curses in an old forgotten language. They just sound so funny to her

°She likes to bake alot so she looks up old timey recipies to suprise Ozpin with

°Even though it was supposed to stay a secret Ozpin let it slip that he could do magic

°He was half asleep, making his mug levitate to him. Not realising Ruby was right there

°Ruby loves his magic. He ends up doing little performances for her once in a while and she's ecstatic

°When she can't sleep she sneaks into his office and sleeps on the couch. Ozpin could never get her to stop

°Port once recorded her sleep walking to it and couldn't stop laughing

°He sometimes forgets how young she really is. And tries to remind himself to let her get away with a bit more childish behavior than she should

°She likes to call him Ozzy or just plain old Oz.

°He called her Petals once and he sounded way to much like Qrow for his own liking. He tried to stop but it stuck

°One day at school everyone decided to look into their history since it was a pretty fun idea. When she found out the roses decended from a mysterious family with no last name. Only noted for their eye color she became curious

°She mentions it to Oz in passing and he quite literally spits out his tea

°"oUM SHE KNOWS-!"

°He signs and gives in knowing that she'd bug him about it till he found out

°She squealed at finding out her mom's side of the family was alive but scattered. And to know that Oz started that family.

°that day he got the biggest hug he'd ever receive.

°He was honestly so glad to finally be acknowledged as someone from a family. He had no family for so long and now suddenly his petals was offically a part of his family

°Taiyang eventually found out and was cool with it, Qrow knew all along and said nothing

°Yang was extremely suprised. And to tease Ozpin she started to call him pop pop in random situations.

°He chokes on his spit every time he hears it

°Ruby wanted to call him something similar but since she felt like saying 78x great grandpa was too much. She stuck with Ozzy

°Much to Ozpins relief

°After she found out she started to wear a green emerald for luck during missions. Since that's what the families original color was

°She takes it upon herself to learn more history since she wants to know about Oz more.

°She never does ask about his wife though. She senses it's a touchy subject.

°He does talk about his children once in a while. He said Ruby reminded him of his first born alot

°He ends up telling her everything. Things that Ironwood and Glynda don't even know.

°She lets him vent alot about it since she knows how annoying keeping a secret can be

°She honestly likes hanging around the old man. And wouldn't trade it for anything

Ruby and Ozpin's relationship

Ruby really looks up to Ozpin, she sees him as the grandfather she never had, and a mentor. Ozpin really cares about Ruby, when he saw her for the first time he knew she was special. Even before seeing her eyes! They actually hang out alot, they do things like train together, bake together, go on little trips and just things you would see family doing. Glynda finds it adorable on so many levels that she even takes pictures of it whenever she can Ruby has basically been adopted by the beacon staff and has spent holiday there just so she knows they have fun for the holidays Yang and their dad approve so they all just kinda stay at Beacon while they celebrate with the staff Because of team RWBY's crazy antics and their relationship he usually let's them off the hook whenever they do anything bad (Even though they know it was wrong) It's just adorable

Glynda can't have children

Many years ago she went on a mission to clean Grimm out of a city when they invaded, She was with Qrow, Summer, Ozpin, Port, and Oobleck. They had to be scattered around the city to even have a chance to save it, Qrow and Glynda were clearing out children when a Beowolf was about to kill two of them, Glynda saw and moved them out of the way, dropping her weapon on the way. She was wrestling with it before becoming tired and getting hurt. Qrow screamed and shot it off of her, seeing her with three claw marks right across her stomach. She was bleeding out; the rest of the Grimm were killed and Summer rushed over trying to calm Glynda down while Qrow was hysterical and Ozpin was in shock. Oobleck and Port got help but it was too late, by the time she got help and was rushed to the hospital they told her that her reproductive organs were damaged beyond repair. Qrow had blamed himself ever since, that's why Ozpin also convinced her to become a teacher; to make sure she couldn't go on anymore too dangerous missions and play with death again. She still has the scars.

Beacon staffs personal favorite drinks

Professor Ozpin: Hot Chocolate Glynda Goodwitch: Tea Professor Oobleck: Coffee Professor Port: Milkshakes Once the students found out about their preference they would use to their advantages/kindness Some would use it to bribe the professors though it never works (Hasn't stopped Jaune from trying though.) Some would leave the drinks on the respective Professors desks when they saw that they were stressed or having a bad day (Ruby and Velvet are the most guilty of doing it) It was so bad that at one point they had to give a public announcement that they had to stop and to raise money for Beacon they had sold the extra drinks, it was a big hit The students think that the Professors didn't like the drinks but in reality they feel extremely happy that the students even care about their wellbeing and smile whenever Ruby or Velvet drop off anything
