Does anyone have a doc, download or anything of the fic Sit Still by Becauseihaveyourback?
I love that fic so much and cannot seem to find it anywhere. Ive been thinking about it alot with my Rizzoli and Isles rewatch now that's its on Netflix and I'd love the chance to read it at least one more time.
I open up tumblr and all that I see is like 56 posts complaining about how becauseihaveyourback needs to update her fics. Guys, she knows this. Her freaking computer like melted, so lay off of her okay? She shouldn't have to give you a reason, she doesn't owe anyone anything. GOSH.
I can't seem to remember a fic I was reading. It's a Western AU, and Casey just recently passed away and on her way from the funeral she meets Maura whose job requires her to scam people(I think?). I'm pretty sure it had the word "Moon" in the title. Thank you!
I’m pretty sure that’s “It’s Only A Paper Moon" by becauseihaveyourback!
I’d like to start off by saying that whenever anybody turns to me and says that fanfiction isn’t real writing I send them in your direction.
For those of you that have read Tangled Voices then you already know what a gift it is. You must also know what an expert and fantastical, though often poignant, piece of literature it is that becauseihaveyourback has bestowed upon us.
For those of you that have not read the deepest Rizzoli and Isles fanfiction available then I encourage you to stop reading this letter and go do it now (x) you will not be disappointed.
I first started reading Tangled Voices at about the third chapter and I remember distinctly the craving I had to read more, a feeling that lingers with me still through every update period.
If I had to describe Tangled Voices in only one word then that word would probably be read as in ‘read it again’, as in ‘read it anywhere’, ‘read it anytime’; because that’s what I do. If I were to write it a review then it would score nine stars out of five yet closer to a hundred.
Tangled Voices is witty and insightful, often an emotional rollercoaster, so artfully constructed. It is the most that I have cried and laughed in the space of three minutes since Jodi Picoult’s release of My Sisters Keeper.
I wish I had the editing skills of some or the words to express my thanks, but these are all I have and I profess them to you with open palms thrust forward.
Thank you, I know that I am not the only one who is grateful.
