i fucking love green lantern: the animated series. so far on the Team we have:

aya, the AI who was a ship but built herself a human body and argues with killowag about whether or not she is a green lantern

razer, the red lantern who blew up a planet

mogo, a planet. just, a straight up planet.

i fully believe that aya could pilot the ship, but lets hal do it because it gives his life purpose and makes him happy.

i finally finished the hound of the baskerville. holmes is an absolute delight. the amount of “your detective”, “my dear watson” and “my dear friend” i saw was sickening. things i have learned:

-watson often brings up the fact that holmes doesn’t know how the solar system works

-holmes likes paintings, but he’s not good at /getting them/ (it feels like watson judges him for this)

-holmes doesn’t laugh often, but when he does it always bodes ill for somebody

Moment in the Dreamer Trilogy I Think About a Lot (about halfway through greywaren)

"for once in your life, stop lying" (said to Ronan Lynch)

when ronan and adam's "tamquem. alter idem." was on the same line, when literally everyone else's gets different lines. like a second self they really said

"something dangerous, like you" Ronan said to Lindemere, "and you" replied the trees

literally whatever astral projection-steven universe gem fusion ronan and adam had going on for a bit

ronan wishing to be dead since he was a baby.

mathew thinking of himself as the bridge between two buildings, one burning and one steady. thinking maybe he got the ronan and declan mixed up in whose burning

ronan's "make way, make way" birds from the dream with mathew. seriously, how much of the world was ronan? how much of gansey's quest was noah? how much of it was ronan? what about adam? blue? time is but a circle and maggie hurts my brain

ronan's geius's contradicting eachother. just AHHHHH

there is a single character i read/watch hell's paradise for. and it's for this small little man who looks like a snowy owl and a wet cat and loves his wife. who while missing his memory still semi-remebered his wife. this man loves his wife. he also doesn't know how being a human works.

my man will just start Biting people.

he is not beating the feral cat alligations. absolute wet cat of a man. my poor little meow meow

the problem with reading @muffinlance’s amazing book (the skin stealers son) at night is it is getting far too late for me to be picking up on everything that is going on, but it is so interesting and i can’t put the book down.

so far 10/10 some of my favorite lines include

“Lochlann hadn’t earned one, and didnt get one, and closed his mouth when it became clear he wasn’t getting a chance to turn one down. he opened it again, of course”

“it’s a cloak, aaron. just unclasp it”

“right then, so: poisoning or accident, at home or afield. he’d work on that”

“if you plan to spend the rest of your life in the kennels, then you should know that-that i will only read you tax records, and i will forbid the baker’s apprentice from slipping you anything unhealthy for a wolf, and furthermore, i will allow Conner to name you whatever he wants and i assure you it will be very stupid”

i love what’s going on with the doppels. the whole “the human has to want”, i love the Reaphery (i did not spell that right) reveal, i can’t wait to see how it all unfolds. the scene with the sparrow doppels death? <3 aaron’s thoughts on the owl doppel? <3
