This is, of course, incorrect. If it were then bees would be ripping apart time and space and everything would collapse from a bee effect rather than a butterfly one.

Bees actually flap their wings 230 times per second, and the angle of which they flap is actually more important than flapping more. They create something like a hurricane with their wings and that is what gets them into, and keeps them in, the air.
