i think Belial can probably handle a baby but he would flop at emotionally supporting a child (his general attitude towards being alive and his implied thoughts on the nature of being a primal among other things (see: thinking the way Lucilius treats him is Fine Actually) bode poorly), conversely Sariel would not know what to do with a baby but he seems to respond well to children and is surprisingly emotionally intelligent (just missing vocabulary about it), so they can probably Manage lol
