Page 10. ---- Canadian Press KINGSTON, Ont., - Dec. 3. - Jonathan Elliott, 60, charged with wounding Joseph Dawson with a shotgun near Mountain Grove last Saturday night, was remanded for trial before Judge H. A. Lavell in the general sessions next week when he appeared before Magistrate Ambrose Shea today. During today’s brief preliminary hearing, Dawson testified he was shot by some one, but could not say who it was. Elliott lives a few miles from Belleville in Thurlow township, and was visiting near Mountain Grove, 60 miles north of here, when the shooting occurred.
