And now it is time for digging up some old art that I did that I'd like to show you guys. It was my idea about guys in dresses, and not guys in dresses designed for a more typical femininely shaped body, I mean designed to fit those who have more typically masculine shaped anatomy. (Please ignore the shoddy anatomy >_>)
1. Mister Indigo - My intial idea that got me thinking, my prince from a realm where all the gentlemen dress up in equally fantastic gowns as the ladies. I admit this guy is a bit dorito shaped (he could have a v-shaper underneath?) but the top part is definitely something that would work on any top half shape imo, cinched or not.
2. Mister Cockatoo - This dude is inspired by pink and white cockatoos. Something about that particular pink colour some cockatoos have just sticks in my mind and I love it, it's a great colour so I went with that. Without the waistcoat/jacket it's a sleeveless dress and is cutaway at the shoulders. It might work better without the jacket possibly, it's hard to say unless I made it and put it on a person. Also shoes can be changed round for other kinds, I just love curly toed shoes. >w>
3. Mister That Black Number in Long - I dunno, something about having a black dress is always a must have and I adore black dresses and most of the dresses I own are predominantly black. I found the additional vertical straps helped balance out the dress, though if you wanted to get technical they could be removable for more shoulder action. In terms of drawing this isn't my favourite, but I'd love to try out more potential elegant designs akin to this. I'm sure I could do better for this one.
