A simple, yet short introduction of the new BG3 Mods Network and how it works:

Not only did we want to create a website for modders and creators and for gamers of the game to come and publish and download creations and mods for Baldur’s Gate 3; we wanted to create a community, where people who want to create mods comes to learn from those who already are experienced in the field, for people and fans to download mods, and even request commissions from your favorite creator. Browse through twelve different categories mods or check out the week’s Top Mods.

• Creator’s Commissions Request - Creators who allow commission requests will have a badge in their public profile. While those who doesn’t, doesn’t have one. Creators can toggle on and off the commission request whenever they want. (Example of Not Accepting Commission, seen above)

Vote for your favorite creator or for your favorite mod. The Top 10 votes creators will have a spot on our front page for a week before new voting will open again. Earn bagdes by interracting in forums, helping out in the Tutorial section, or by commenting, and voting.

If you sign up as a regular user you can whenever you want change to ‘Creator’. This, to make it easier for those who have learned to mod and want to publish their creations. You can choose to download one and one mod OR you can download in bulks. Doesn’t that sound great? We do. Downloading mods can often be time consuming, so why not download everything in one go?

The VIP Marketplace is a fun place to be, or so they say. Here can creators upload and publish up to six creations for the price of $0.99 - $5.00 every month. After two weeks, the creations will automatically release for all users to download. And the best part? 100% of that revenue goes directly to the creators. That’s the beauty of the VIP Marketplace — you can choose to support your favorite creator whenever they post something new. Aside from this, they can publish free content in-between.

Creators also have their three own pre-decided tiers, and if you as a user forget to update your billing information, you don’t need to stress about getting blocked from the creator. You can still see and download their mods. (This is aside from the VIP Marketplace)

Take part in the community forums; whether it is helping someone out, asking for help, or simply discussing your favorite mods. Have fun and find your people! 🫂

The Modding Tutorials (or, the Modding Hut as we like to call it) There is a lot going on here, and please take a seat as we explain the basics of it:

• The Creator Academy - Those who are experienced modders for Baldur’s Gate 3 and who have spent their fair share of days (and nights) in blender and the toolkit has a perfect chance in making Modding courses in wharever field they so wish to. We decided to add this feature in order for those who can’t mod but have a dream of getting into it.

• Free Modding Resources - this is for the creators who have made blender assets for modding. Whether it is for customization, heads, body-related, or for poses and animations. Publish your presets/assets in here and let people download them.

• New to BG3 Modding? - Are you one of those who really want to get into modding, or who are just curious to see what it contains; check out this simple step-by-step guide made exactly for you!

Stay updated of your sales, downloads, ratings, notifications, and followers. You can also see how you have proceeded on your weekly goals, and to who you subscribe to (VIP Memberships)

CREATORS! This is for you; you can now schedule your mod uploads. This is to make the whole experience a lot easier and a lot less time consuming. Schedule your mods for publishing and the website will do the rest.
