End-of-Term Ministry Employee Performance Review
Administrative Assistants
KAE Byeong [ Dreadful ] Mr. Kae has been insubordinate to basic requests since September. He has shown no sign of improvement since and provides no suggestion to Ministry or Hogwarts staff while continuously criticizing his employers. Severe disciplinary action recommended. @kae--byeong
Law Enforcement Officials
DUNNE, Aurine [ Acceptable ] Miss Dunne may appear to be underperforming, if only because there are no reports of any muggles requiring obliviation in the castle, but no reports of other work completed. More patrol shifts may be assigned to her due to the low number of Aurors willing to guard the castle in pairs. @aurinehlndunne
MALFOY, Scorpius [ Poor ] Mr. Malfoy does not follow directions and argues against rule-enforcing superiors, and his capability as an Auror is highly questionable. He was found ill during his shift in addition to being without a partner on castle grounds. Two-week suspension without pay requested. @scxr-p-ius
MASON, Jack [ Poor ] Mr. Mason is forgetful, and has been shown not to remember who he should be reporting to. Others have reported him to be moderately disagreeable, perhaps affecting his own work and the work of others. Individual office work may be best suited, as to not disrupt other Ministry employees. @jackanthony-clearwater-mason
POTTER, James [ Poor ] Mr. Potter’s smoking habits bothersome to others, especially in a workplace with children. He exemplifies poor leadership skills and shows little control over younger employees, and his abilities as a Hit Wizard is yet to be demonstrated. @jamxssirius
WEASLEY, Molly [ Acceptable ] Miss M. Weasley takes initiative, even when initiative is not required. Reports are typically of high quality and turned in promptly. She appears unfocused at times and there are some inconsistencies in her work, though her effort is evident and moderately deserving of this higher ranking position. @molly-weaslii
Curse Breakers
KASSEM, Alisha [ Exceeds Expectations ] Miss Kassem is focused, organized, and eager to learn. She submits deliverables in a timely manner, completed clearly and legibly and completes more than what is expected of an apprentice, especially during stressful periods close to report deadlines. Pay raise highly recommended. @alishakassem
WEASLEY, Roxanne [ Poor ] Miss R. Weasley is very evidently overworked, evident in a significant deterioration in the quality of work. Notes, paperwork, and diagrams are difficult to understand. She does not communicate issues or concerns with upper management. Miss Weasley has significant room for improvement, should the Ministry remain at Hogwarts for another term. @roxannexxolivia
Experimental Charms Specialists
SHACKLEBOLT, Finley [ Outstanding ] Mr. Shacklebolt has presented fantastic work over the past several months. He utilizes the resources that is provided to him by Hogwarts and is open to suggestion to further his projects. His shield charms show significant potential even in experimental phases, and may be tested in clinical trials ahead of the anticipated schedule. @finley-shacklebolt
Unspeakables
MOROZOV, Asher [ Acceptable ] Mr. Morozov’s work is mostly classified, but he has not shown behavior that negatively impacts him or other Ministry employees. He seems to often keep to himself; he may benefit from larger group projects in the coming term. @ashermorozov
