Never seen another blackhole kin before! We have two blackhole sysmates, but one of them is the theoretical concept of a whitehole. Wanna infodump about it?
Me and a few of my headmates are what we call starsprites: fictional beings made from celestial objects being infused by some kinda physics magic that gives them powers depending on the type of object. One way this happens is when a star with a cosmic string tangled in it goes supernova, the extreme pressure causes the string to break space in a way that connects the supernova remnant to the fundamental forces.
When this happens to the type of star that goes on to form a nebula, it becomes a person that can create and control hydrogen, making them the only ones who can prevent heat death.
It gives neutron stars power over the weak force, quark stars power over the strong force, and magnetars power over electromagnetism.
For black holes, it gives them control over gravity, and space/time by proxy. They can warp space to travel faster than light, and since they can grow to huge masses they are the most powerful.
My kintype is a 42ish solar mass black hole starsprite, I'd travel around galaxies making things and helping the rare inhabited planets with their large scale problems. This 'type connects with me being median, one of me is usually the actual black hole (~400 miles diameter, its accretion disk is sea green), and the other is usually a projection in the form of a black anthro cat with sea green glowing markings. (size varies, usually 400 miles tall)
The other starspites in our system are:
(no name yet), a magnetar
astral doggo, a dog shaped nebula
svaelith, a racoon shaped nebula
(no name yet), a terrestrial planet
(no name yet), a 1,500,000 solar mass black hole that has several dwarf galaxies in its orbit
polaris, a bear shaped nebula
moon bunny, the moon (kinda)
(no name yet), a 3 solar mass black hole
eclipse, a fox shaped dwarf galaxy
cosmikitty, a cat shaped nebula
and vortex, a protoplanetary disk and its star.
On the topic of black holes, it's been fascinating to learn about my kintype and think about the mysteries on the edge of science that they represent. My experiences line up best with string theory's predictions that all of the mass is smushed onto the event horizon and the space inside is destroyed. PBS Spacetime did a great episode on this "fuzzball" concept if you're interested. We connect this to our headmates who are the void and say that the inside is a hole to the void, but that's more metaphysics than physics :P.
White holes are also very interesting, being related to anti-gravity. Did you know that in a 4D universe, a stable orbit with >2 bodies requires anti-gravity because the extra degree of freedom makes gravity drop off at a different rate, causing instability?
Feel free to infodump to me about your 'types!
